Thank you for considering Kplocs! Before you proceed with booking, please take a moment to read through the following information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Important Appointment Points:

1. Booking Confirmation:

Upon completing the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation. Please review this information carefully to ensure accuracy.

2. Cancellation/No Show / Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we ask that you make the necessary changes prior to your upcoming appointment. However, same day NO SHOW, NO CALL or CANCELLATION will result in a full charge of booked service to card saved on file.

Appointments needing to be rescheduled or cancelled prior to appointment day must be done 24hrs prior to booked service. If less than 24hrs %50 of service will be owed before rebooking.

If funds are unable to be recovered due to insufficient funds your booking ability will be prohibited for any future appointments.

3. Payments:

A valid credit card is required to book appointment. A percentage % of payment will be due at checkout to secure appointment. Cash is accepted day of service however if paying by credit card a 4% convenience fee will be applied day of service.

4. Arrival Instructions:

Please arrive at the time stated on your email confirmation. If arriving late a 15min grace period is given. If going to be more than 20 min late a $35 fee will be added to service amount. Please do not bring any guest (children) who are not being serviced for seating is limited.

6. Waitlist:

If the date and time you are requesting isn't available, you can select your desired day on the waitlist Calander. Please note this is NOT an actual appointment. Once a slot has become available your request will be added to the main scheduler and an email notification will be sent to you.
